Who Are We?

Originally named Caspian Consulting, our firm was founded in Baku in 1999. For over 25 years, we have been recognized as one of the leading local audit, accounting, tax, and advisory firms, having built a wide client base and a strong reputation. Our commitment to delivering high-quality services, understanding the unique needs of our clients, and adhering to ethical standards has been instrumental in the successful development of our firm.
From our early years in public accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services, we have consistently ranked among the top three firms in the Chamber of Auditors’ official annual rankings. The firm’s activity has been acknowledged through various awards and diplomas. Notably, the firm was awarded second place for audit quality in the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2004 and 2008, and achieved third place for three consecutive years in the most recent official annual rankings (2020, 2021, 2022).

Brief Overview

On November 14, 2003, the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan was accepted as an associate member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
As a member of the Chamber, CASPIAN CONSULTING AND PARTNERS LLC is authorized to provide audit and accounting services in accordance with international standards.
In May 2025, Caspian Consulting & Partners officially entered Parker Russell International, a global and award-winning network in the area of Audit & Assurance, Accounting, Tax, and Advisory Services

The firm currently holds licenses (AT/126 dated 02.11.2016) and (AT/126 dated 26.12.2021) issued by the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
